Your 12 Week Challenge Starts Here
Lets Begin
The 12 week challenge will be split into three blocks, one every 4 weeks. Within each block you will find your weekly tasks, workouts to follow and your daily targets. Each following block the workouts will get tougher and more daily tasks will be added in order to keep you progressing and developing new healthier habits.
