8 Week Cardiovascular Plan

This plan will help you build your cardio up to the point where you can perform 30 minutes of continuous cardio by the end of the 8 weeks. Small gradual weekly progressions will help you build that cardiovascular fitness up to a healthy level. Once completed you should be feeling physically fitter. You should also notice a considerable difference in your day to day life i.e. finding it easier to carry out daily tasks.
